Vim Todo List is a Chrome browser extension developed by Northeastern Software. This Privacy Policy explains how the extension handles user data.
Vim Todo List provides a keyboard-driven task management interface within the browser. The extension is designed with privacy in mind.
The extension does not collect personal data, does not track users, and does not transmit data to servers operated by Northeastern Software.
Tasks and configuration settings created in Vim Todo List are stored locally in the user's browser using Chrome's local storage APIs.
The extension optionally integrates with a locally running Ollama AI instance to provide AI-assisted task autocompletion.

The extension may access the clipboard to support Vim-style copy ("yank") functionality.
