This extension allows users to create and manage tasks and optionally sync notes to their Obsidian vault.
We follow a local-first approach:
- Your data stays on your device whenever possible
- We do not sell or share your data

Local Data (Stored on Your Device)
The extension stores the following locally using Chrome storage:
- Task list and completion status
- Completed task count (used for support prompt logic)
- User preferences (e.g., dismissed prompts, settings)
- Notes you create within the extension
👉 This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly trigger a sync or external action.

Obsidian Sync (Optional)
If you enable sync with Obsidian:
- Notes are saved directly to your local Obsidian vault as Markdown files
- No external servers are required for this process
- The extension does not transmit your notes to any third-party service

The extension may include links to external services such as:
- Buy Me a Coffee (for voluntary support)
If you click these links:
- You will be redirected to a third-party website

We do not:

🧾 Permissions Justification
The extension may request permissions such as:
- storage → to save your tasks and preferences locally
- activeTab (if used) → to capture page title/URL when creating notes
These permissions are used strictly for core functionality.
